[Aobayama North Campus] Nov.1: I-02 Kita Aobayama Library reopen

The renovation work of I-02 Kita Aobayama Library finished, and the library reopened.
By the renovation work, the building became Nearly ZEB(Zero Energy Building) with high insulation renovation, high efficiency equipment, and solar power.
