[Aobayama Campus] 17th Sept~:Traffic restriction around "Aoba-bashi"

For construction of gas pipe, the car traffic will be restricted around "Aoba-bashi" as follows.

Period: 17th September - 20th December 2013
Place: around "Aoba-bashi"(Please see the attached PDF)
Time: Daytime 9am - 5pm (no traffic restriction)
Night time 9pm - 6am (one-way alternating traffic)
