[Katahira Campus]About car entrance and exit from 23 August

For the safety, during the renovation around north gate of Katahira campus (23 August ~ 30 October), the north gate is only for exclusive use of entrance for 24 hours.
And the south gate is for exclusive use of exit and entrance with card for 24 hours.
