The zelkovas transplant completion ceremony was performed

Nine of the zelkovas which were going to be felled with subway Tozai Line construction, were transplanted to Aobayama New Campus(south side of Aobayama station of subway East-West Line).
On April 3, ceremony of the zelkovas transplant to the Aobayama New Campus committee sponsorship was performed.
About 30 People of the committee,the company which had a donation cooperate, Sendai-city and Tokoku University attended at ceremony,and drove a special stake clogged up of the nutrition into the source of the zelkovas and prayed for healthy growth.
These zelkovas will continue watching the development of Sendai and Tohoku University.
This zelkovas transplant was realized by the support / cooperation from many people. Thank you.
